At our ski resort, we have permitted five ski schools ski and snowboard instruction as official ski schools so that all our customers can enjoy snow sports safely.

Those business operators wish to use Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field for lesson-based business activities are requested to comply with the rules, submit an application and obtain permission.

Application requirements are as follows
・To filled out Ski school business registration application form Application form
・A list of all snowsports instructors
・Proof of eligibility to work in Japan (e.g. copy of work visa or residence card)
・Copies of qualifications for all snowsports instructors
・Proof of public liability/accident insurance in Japan (minimum of 100 million yen per single accident).
Third parties and all clients must be covered by the policy. (e.g. copy of certificate of insurance)
・Images in color of the applicant’s Snowsports School uniform: Front/Back
・Business operators must register the address in Hakuba Valley, and employ staff who can speak Japanese to respond to emergencies.
・Payment of application fee (50,000 yen)
